Greater Western Water is asking the community to share their thoughts on the way we will connect with them and hear their voices.
Our Draft Community Engagement Framework is designed to help us connect with our community and give everyone opportunities to share their ideas, aspirations and experiences. This information helps us make better decisions.
The key elements of the Draft Framework are:
• a definition - what community engagement is and why we do it
• principles - to guide the way we engage
• a process - for our people to use when planning and engaging.
Before we finalise the Framework, we want to hear what you think.
Have your say
All members of the community are invited to provide their feedback from 25 October to 22 November 2021.
The Draft Framework is available as a full document, a summary, translated versions and an Easy English version.
You can provide your feedback in several ways. Complete the survey, take the Quick Poll, share a story about good engagement, record your thoughts and send us an audio file, or write them down and send them via email. You can also speak directly to us if you prefer.
Some of these options allow you to use a language other than English or you can use an interpreter or relay service.
