In the Capabilities table below, identify the design, audit, risk or construction code your development requires. Your land development deed (Schedule 5 for consultants, Schedule 6 for contractors) will indicate the capabilities required for your development.
In the 'Directory' table below, search to find contractors and consultants that can undertake the work. If the works are Land Development you will need a contractor and consultant who have signed the GWW Accreditation Deed. You can filter the results in the table below to see companies that have signed the Deed.
Conduct your due diligence to engage the relevant contractor or consultant to undertake the work. You can use a separate contractor for each capability. We update our lists of accredited contractors and consultants quarterly, but you should also be diligent when selecting a firm with the appropriate capability and obtain a number of quotes.
