Applications and procedures for contractors and suppliers

Find applications and procedures for working with Greater Western Water (GWW) infrastructure.

Anyone working on any GWW infrastructure must follow specific safety procedures. This includes things like pipes, sewers and pumping stations.

The procedures listed below apply to all GWW employees, contractors and third parties.

Confined spaces entry (CSE)

Before applying for a CSE permit you must:

read the management of confined spaces procedure
upload all worker credentials for CSE to ARCUS
advise the Operations Control Centre (OCC) by emailing confinedspacegf@gww.com.au, if there are any changes to your work party roster.

When you apply for access GWW Confined Spaces you must also submit:

copies of current Confined Space Entry Tickets for each employee/sub-contractor accessing/entering confined space
copy of current GWW Induction
copy of site-specific Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)
copy of submitted "Notice of Intention to Perform Construction Excavation Work – WorkSafe FOR907/01/06.18" (if applicable)
a sitemap indicating the location of the proposed works and relevant GWW assets
