Important update: potential customer data breaches
Potential customer data breaches: During our billing system upgrade, some customer details were incorrectly migrated, causing bills to be sent to old or secondary addresses, learn more at Update on billing delays.
Billing delays and support: View the latest on billing delays and support options or register for in-person support at a customer care day near you.
The tables below show maximum results of our annual testing conducted for substances that have an Australian Drinking Water Guideline limit. Our current laboratory method enables us to monitor down to 0.002 micrograms per litre which remains well below the limits set by the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines. For comparison, 1 microgram per litre is equivalent to one part per billion.

For comparison, 1 microgram per litre is equivalent to one part per billion. ND – no detectable concentrations. This is based on a limit of reporting for PFOA, PFOS, and PFHxS (the regulated PFAS) which is less than 0.002 micrograms per litre - well below safe limits. * Djerriwarrh Reservoir is no longer used to supply drinking water to our community and has not been part of our drinking water supply strategy for many years.
