Showerhead exchange program
You can exchange your old showerhead for a new water-efficient model if your property is in City West Water’s old service area.
Your new showerhead will:
- decrease your water usage
- lower your energy bills
- reduce your environmental impact.
Exchanging your showerhead
- Before removing your old showerhead, download and complete the residential showerhead exchange form.
- Follow the steps outlined in our helpful video to remove your old showerhead.
- Take your old showerhead and completed form to one of our eight council locations.
