As the property owner or manager, you're not responsible for closing a renter's water account.

Renters moving out of a property must close their own account.
Your renters should tell us up to 30 days, and no less than two days, before the move date.
We’ll arrange a final meter read so your renters are not charged for any water used after they leave the property.
They'll get their last water bill about 10 days after the final meter read.
