There are more options available if you ever need support to pay your bill. You might be able to access a payment plan or extensions. These details will also be on your bill.
Remember, if you can't pay the full amount at once, you can pay a smaller amount, any time, without a formal payment plan.
Do you get payments from Centrelink?
Use Centrepay to make regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Centrepay is a voluntary and easy payment option available to Centrelink customers.
If you’re closing your water account, remember to check whether your Centrepay deduction is still needed. If it isn’t, you can cancel it through Services Australia.
