NEW: The Water Cycle – Clouds and Weather Focus (Years 1–2)
Students revisit key water concepts and dive deeper into the water cycle, with a focus on clouds and weather patterns. Through interactive activities, they explore the science behind water and why conservation matters.
NEW: The Water Cycle – Water Wise Focus (Years 1–2)
Focusing on water efficiency at home, students take part in a fun "Lucky Dip" game using real-life props to uncover simple actions they can take to save water every day.
Designed to support upper primary students, these engaging, curriculum-aligned programs build knowledge in water science, sustainability, and health through inquiry and hands-on learning.
Sustainable Practices: Learn new skills to become a Citizen Scientist
Students take on the role of citizen scientists — testing water quality, analysing the health of local waterways, and reflecting on how their findings connect to broader sustainability issues both locally and globally.
Water for Health
Students discover the importance of drinking tap water and reducing sugary drink consumption. Activities include ranking drinks by health value, making fake cola to reveal hidden sugars, and using a model to see how water supports the body’s digestive system.
NEW: Water Wise @ School (SWEP Focus)
Perfect for schools participating in the Schools Water Efficiency Program (SWEP) — or those looking to join. Students explore their school’s real-time water usage via the SWEP portal, identify leaks, compare data, and take part in activities that strengthen inquiry, analytical thinking, and water-saving habits.
NEW: From Reservoir to You – The Journey from Sky to Tap
Through role play, model building, and group discussion, students trace the journey of water from rainfall to reservoir, treatment, and tap — gaining a strong understanding of the water treatment process and our supply system.
