About My GWW
With My GWW, you can:
see your current balance and make a payment
set up a direct debit
set up a payment plan (coming soon)
view previous water bills
check your water usage (coming soon)
update your contact details
apply for a concession.
When you register, we’ll also set you up with multi factor authentication to further protect your information. This means you’ll use your email and mobile number to verify your identity.
Registering for My GWW
Residential customers
My GWW is your new place to manage your water account from anywhere, 24/7. Registering is simple.
To get started, you’ll need your 10-digit Greater Western Water account number. You'll find this number on your next water bill. If you need access to My GWW before then, please contact us.
If you previously used MyAccount or My Water, you need to register for a My GWW account. Your current log in details for MyAccount or My Water won’t work for My GWW. Download our instructions:
During registration, you’ll need your mobile phone handy and access to your emails. We’ll send you instructions and links to follow to both your email and mobile number during registration.
Check your junk or spam folder if you can’t see an email from us. If you’re having trouble logging in or have any other questions, call us on 13 44 99.
New residential customers
If you’re a new residential customer, you can sign up for My GWW once you receive your first quarterly bill.
Business customers
We’re working to bring My GWW to you soon.
Your new My GWW business account will launch later in 2024 and we’ll keep you updated as things progress. Read more about the changes we’re making for you.
In the meantime, you will receive your bills as usual and the same payment options are available, including BPAY, AusPost and direct debit.
To log in, you'll need to register using your new 10-digit account number, which you'll find on your next water bill. If you’re having trouble registering, it might be because you’re using your old 13-digit account number.
If you previously used MyAccount or My Water to manage your account online, your log-in details won’t work for My GWW. You need to register for My GWW with your new 10-digit account number.
If you’ve already started to register for My GWW and verified your email address, when you get your new account number on your next bill, please finish registering via the login page.
