Manage bills for councils, real estate and financial institutions
We've updated our billing and payment systems.
We've moved our list account service to My GWW, a new place to manage multiple water accounts online.
If you manage multiple properties, either for yourself or as a real estate agency, financial institution or similar, you can now use the My GWW multi-account portal.
Using My GWW, you can view and download your information and pay your accounts in bulk using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Managing your account online: getting started
To use My GWW as a registered managing agent, we need some information from you:
Full name of the managing agent
Mobile phone number (this will also be used for multifactor authentication)
Email address
List of accounts that you manage (minimum of 5)
Please include the above information on a company letter head, and email it to mapsenquiries@gww.com.au
If there's more than one managing agent who requires access, we need an individual letter for each of them, even if they are from the same organisation.
Manage an existing property
If you aren't registered as a managing agent on an existing property and you would like access to My GWW, our online account platform, email a copy of your agency’s property management authority form, signed by the owner and agent, to mapsenquiries@gww.com.au
If you already have access to our online platform My GWW, you can also submit the managing authority document online.

Your details (phone number and email) match our records exactly.
Your email address is entered with the correct capitalisation (email is case-sensitive).
If you've checked these and are still having issues, please contact us.
Check you're using your 10-digit sundry account ID, that your details match our records and you're entering your email with correct capitalisation. If you're still having trouble logging in, contact us and we can help.
Some bills may not be viewable in the portal. These bills have generated an exception in the system and have not been created yet. We are working through these issues as a priority.
If you can see a bill but can't view or download it, we're aware of this issue and are working on it as a priority.

Visit Making payments and managing multiple accounts on My GWW for payment options.
Yes, you can now select multiple bills to download and pay at once. Start with the "pay multiple accounts" drop-down menu.
To get the best experience from this feature, we recommend limiting your downloads to 50 at a time.
Some bills are delayed and won’t be available until processing is complete.
If you haven’t received a bill for more than four months, please contact us.
If you can see a bill but can’t view or download it, we’re aware of this issue and are working on it as a priority.
If you already have a My GWW account, you can add or remove an account by following the steps in Making payments and managing multiple accounts on My GWW.
To add or remove an agent, make sure you have the sundry account number and visit 'Making payments' and 'Managing multiple accounts' on My GWW for more details.
The portal may take up to 48 hours to update. If you paid by bank transfer, and your outstanding balance is still showing, this may be due to the payment not being the exact amount. Please contact us by emailing mapsenquiries@gww.com.au.
