Some customer bills have been delayed by technical issues. You will have four months to pay any late bill. You don’t need to do anything. Find out more.
You can apply to work with us as an accredited consultant or contractor.
Accreditation is only required for contractors and consultants to be directly engaged by Greater Western Water (GWW). All contractors and consultants required to perform services at a GWW-owned site must have completed our accreditation process.
Sub-contractors do not have to complete GWW’s accreditation process but they do need to complete our induction process.
Find out about ARCUS and LinkSafe, the two systems we use for accreditation.
ARCUS

In some instances, we may contact referees or project auditors to verify your competency.
We’ll email or call you with the outcome of your application. If your application is successful, you’ll be asked to sign an accreditation deed. When you’ve signed the accreditation deed, your details will be added to our consultant and contractor list.
