Some customer bills have been delayed by technical issues. You will have four months to pay any late bill. You don’t need to do anything. Find out more.
As the owner, you are responsible for water usage and sewerage charges on the property.
Buying a commercial property
When you buy a commercial property, your solicitor or conveyancer will send us a Notice of Acquisition. We'll use this to set up your account. If the details received on your first bill are incorrect, please contact us.
We won't turn off the water before you, or your tenants, move in.
Leasing your property
As the owner of a commercial property you are responsible for the water and sewer bills.
You can have all charges raised on this property sent directly to the occupier as a third party. These fees include water and sewerage service charges, other authorities’ charges and usage charges. Fill out the form below to request that the account for the property be sent to a third party.
If you are moving to a new location or permanently closing your business, you’ll need to close your account and cancel your Trade Waste Consent or Agreement before you leave the premises.
To do this, you will need to:
provide us with a final meter reading
let us know the date you are leaving
have your grease trap emptied for the new tenant or owner
let us know that you wish to finalise any trade waste account that may exist for your business
When you sell your property, we won't send you a final bill. After settlement, your solicitor or conveyancer will send us a Notice of Disposition, which we will use to transfer the account to the new owner.
