We can deliver and collect the water station during our business hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If your event is over a weekend you can request delivery on a Friday and collection on a Monday.

Water supply

  • You can upload 1 document.
  • File size must not exceed 7MB.
  • File format must be gif, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, pdf, doc, docx.

Compliance

  • Your event has and will comply with all required event permits and approvals.
  • Your event has permission to bring the mobile water station into the venue and connect to the water source.
  • Your event has a COVIDSafe Plan and will adhere to the latest Government advice on running a COVIDSafe event.
  • Your event will educate participants on the value of water and how to use it wisely, or how to reduce single-use plastic water bottles.
  • GWW will have access to event or program images and photography.
  • Your event will acknowledge Greater Western Water as an event sponsor and provide promotional opportunities, such as signage, social media or printed material. Greater Western Water’s logo cannot be used without approval.
