Register for eBilling

Residential customers can register for eBilling online.

Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your next water bill will be sent to your preferred email address.

Check you’re eligible for eBilling

  • You must be a residential customer.
  • You won’t be able to register for eBilling if your account begins with ‘999’.
  • If you have BPAY View set up, you’ll need to cancel it before registering for eBilling – call your bank if you need assistance.
  • If you're a business customer, call us on 13 44 99 to find out if your business is eligible.
