Sometimes you need more time to pay your bill. You can apply for up to four payment extensions each year.
You will need to call us on 13 44 99 if:
We’re available Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm, except public holidays.

If you apply for a payment extension over a weekend the start date begins on the next eligible business day.
If your extension ends on a weekend or public holiday, the due date will be the following business day.
