If you’re a customer with additional needs, we can give you priority notice when your water supply is interrupted.
We can offer you additional support if:
you use a life support machine at home
someone in your household uses a life support machine
you need a continuous water supply for other reasons.
What kind of support do we offer
We’ll contact you directly:
when there is an unplanned interruption to your water supply
at least four days before a planned interruption to your water supply.
You may also be able to get a free water allowance.
How to register your household
Generally, your health service provider will tell us about your situation. Your health service provider could be your doctor, nurse or hospital social worker.
