We are working with the EPA to investigate the environmental impacts after water got into Deep Creek from an irrigation dam at Romsey Recycled Water Plant.
We’re also seeking an independent ecological risk assessment.
Our preliminary testing indicates that the water is consistent with the quality of stormwater. This water collected in the dam during last year’s heavy rainfall events.
Independent sampling and testing is underway. We will publish these results as soon as they are available.
