Important information

  • The organisation name should be as it appears on the accredited contractors or consultants list.
  • Dispensations will not be processed without a Greater Western Water (GWW) reference number (this can be found on your development deed application).
  • All fields are required unless marked as ‘optional’ or ‘if applicable’.
