Before you report a fault

If it's an emergency, like gushing water, no water supply or every fixture in your house is blocked, call 13 44 99, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

If you’re out and about, you can report a fault on your mobile using the Snap Send Solve app. Download the app and sign up, snap a photo of the issue and send it in.

  • We respond and acknowledge all reported faults within 1 business day.
  • All fields are required unless marked as optional.

Fault photo or video

A short (10-15 seconds) photo or video of the fault or issue helps us to understand the problem quickly, reducing the need to contact you for more information.
