Getting support in person
We know sometimes it’s easier to talk things through in person. Particularly while some customers are experiencing billing delays, we’re committed to offering face-to-face support for those who prefer a more personal approach.
Whether you need help understanding your bill, setting up a payment plan, or learning about grants and concessions, we're here to help.
Customer care in the community
Our customer care days are designed to help give you confidence in managing your account with friendly, face-to-face support in your area. And with phone-based translation services available, language is never a barrier.
Thanks to your feedback from events we held earlier in 2025, we’re heading back into the community with more customer care days. Check the schedule to find a session near you. Bookings are recommended, unless it's listed as a drop-in event.
We also partner with community organisations that support asylum seekers, migrants, cultural groups and local retirement villages, to deliver tailored events that help our customers.
